The Moroccan railway system is quite efficient; trains run on time and a first class ticket is quite cheap. If you want to travel in an air-conditioned cabin you'll need to pay a supplement. The train journey to Marrakech, Morocco is relatively fast and efficient. There are two classes; first and second, although it's often better to buy a second class ticket as the seats are just as comfortable and cost less.
When you get off the train you'll be directly in the heart of the city.
