Kayaking is very popular here. There are some great whitewater adventures to be had. Check out the Cañones de Tarzat, Taghia, Tafraoute, Jorro and Tessaout, close to Tafraoute. In the rivers of the medium and high Atlas, excitement and adventure is assured.

You can descend for almost 150km of river in Ahanesal and Mellul and more than 50kms in Um er-Rbia.
